Over the years, Mary Brotherton has written many poems, short stories, blog posts, articles for newspapers and magazines, monologues, scripts, and even a few novels. Her personal writing has been revised, rewritten, reviewed, and edited. Yet, it remained mostly unpublished until she released Go with Angels, a collection of short, true stories about angelic encounters.
A professional writer and editor for more than thirty years, she has earned a decent living helping other writers and publishers win awards and yet some of her best work could be wiped out with a few keystrokes or a major software outage. After much thought, meditation, praying, and prodding from friends, I decided my first book had to be Go with Angels and in today's episode, she tells you the reasons for that decision.
Get your favorite beverage and put your feet up while you listen to Mary as she reads several stories from her book.
Mary's books are all for sale at bUneke.org and proceeds from all the sales are donated to bUneke, an educational charity.
