We are half way through November and the celebration must continue. Time is moving faster than we can say enjoy. So bring all your greetings, well wishes and compliments and let's celebrate with you. Remember it's the big end-of-year holiday celebration in addition to all the birthdays and anniversaries. It's Thanksgiving coming up soon, and as you know that this is a holiday of enormous proportions and this year it falls just two days before the end of November.. But as we celebrate we take a little time out for a conversation so, Let's Talk.

In the aftermath of the November elections, there are lot of horror stories about what we can expect in the next administration. Of Course, there are also stories of how much better things will be in America. One story that is being circulated is that people are leaving in droves heading for Canada. Wait a minute? Is this 2024 or this the underground railroad once again when Black people were leaving America in droves and heading to Canada to avoid the horrors of America. Similarly those seeking refuge at the Canadian border are also Black people. People granted temporary protective status are afraid that their protection will be arbitrarily revoked and they would be deported. Do people anticipate that the courts will not protect the rights of due process? Should people expect these drastic moves just because there is a change of government? What will be the fate of other Black people even if they are citizens or other legal status? Can we expect more police brutality, or more innocent convictions? Come on in.Join the conversation or tell us what you want to talk about. We are always happy to hear from you.
