Football season is underway, and football fans are always looking for foods to satisfy their hunger. One of those foods that is always sure to please is a nice juicy hamburger. Hamburgers provide great vitamins and minerals such as protein, iron, zinc, B vitamins, and omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, hamburgers contain healthy fats that provide lasting energy and support cell growth and brain function & CLA which is a naturally occurring trans-fat that may help improve insulin sensitivity and promote fat loss. If you're not into hamburgers that contain ground beef, there are other options such as plant-based veggie burgers.
