The resurrection of Jesus took place in 33 A.D. and it still has substantive importance for humanity.  Yes, there are those who deny, and scoff at what they call the absurdity of the resurrection, but the evidence is abundant.  The resurrection of Jesus has provided the world with a real message of salvation.  The resurrection of Jesus is apolitical and it is not apolitical.  The attempt to discredit the resurrection of Jesus has been tried many times to no avail.  Examine the evidence of the resurrection for yourself as recorded in the biblical materials.
