The Self-Sacrificial Love of Jesus Needs to become our Divine Imperative

If only western believing ones read and understood the Old Testament.  If only western believing ones had spiritual discernment many things would be very different in the west.  For instance,  the church would have a strong witness as the people of God, and not as philosophically religious evangelicals.  God is not the author of a religious movement.  God is the author of salvation.  What would happen if believing ones en masse loved one another regardless of skin color or ethnic origin?  What would happen if believers stopped being self-centered and become Christ-centered?
