It Is Imperative To Forgive Yourself For Past Sins (PsychoSpiritual Dynamics)

God knows the darkest deeds and thoughts of our hearts.  He has provided a way for us to be free of the past.  We must go to him and confess ous sins so that we can be released from their bondage.  God also knows that there are sins that we do that produce a mountain of shame ad deep regret.  He loves us when we are in such bondage, and he wants us to know that his love is deeper that many waters.
