Giving Up the Deceitful and Destructive Power of Pride

The original sin was pride.  Pride was first discovered in the heart of Lucifer, son of the morning.  He was intoxicated by his own beauty.  He believed that beacuse of his beauty he could exalt himself above the eternal throne of God.  His fell victim to his own empirical lie, and lost his place in heaven because of it.  Pride is still leading many into the wide way of destruction so that they miss the wonderful gift of God which is eternal life through Jesus.
