Millicent is a wife and mother of eight via a blended family. She is the oldest of four children and likes to tease her sisters that she is the cutest of them all. At 17 years old she accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of her life. She then became of member of Victory Christian Center of Philadelphia under the leadership of Bishop Jimmie A. Ellis III. There she became the first greeter and one of the first choir members. More importantly, she learned how to study the word of God and how to pray God’s word. Feeling that there was more for her to do as a child of God, the Holy Spirit moved Millicent from Victory to Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship under Bishop Gilbert Coleman. After six-months of discipleship training, she recognized the teaching gift within her and was given an opportunity to teach discipleship for new converts and new members of the church. Never did she ever think she was called to ministry; she just enjoyed teaching.
