Awakening the barriers against Love with Jacob

How many of us have so many different walls/ barriers that we have built that blocks out love? There was this quote that I read from a book that began to shift my life on the perspective of love. This came from a 40 day fear cleanse book that I read by Gabrielle Bernstein called ,"May cause Miracles." The quote was, " Our task is not to seek for love, but to seek and find all of the barriers within yourself that we have built against it. This quote literally stopped me DEAD IN MY TRACKS and I began to think hmm that makes sense, if we begin to identify the barriers maybe then we can attract the love out of life that we desire?
