Discussions in the Black Room - Black Girls Matter

It is amazing how much Black men and Black women would prefer to “prove a point” in that they say “society sets out to tear down Black men“ (which is 100% true) than to protect the most vulnerable of our community, in this case little Black girls. ? ? In addition to that, we have parents willing to turn a blind eye to a evidently predatory man, regardless of his race, SIMPLY FOR MONEY, notoriety and all the fall in between. ? For so many reasons, this is a lot. We are so broken sometimes as a people that we are willing to overlook so much to “prove a point”. To excuse bad behavior to further an agenda, an agenda that is designed to use us more than to help us (by OUR OWN PEOPLE).... I am trying to find the words and the feelings. Help us start this multiplex topic. It all begin with our ability to have this conversation.
