Like a younger (female) Prince, Meresha composes and performs her own eclectic mix of provocative music. It’s as If a more accessible Björk was reborn and was influenced by electro-pop stars James Blake and Disclosure or Legends like Robert Plant and Freddie Mercury.
Still a teen, she has been composing and recording her own music for over 5 years. The words and sounds are her own creation.
In 2013, Meresha ran a successful Kickstarter Campaign. She had support from over 100 fans on 5 continents and achieved over 200% of her goal.
Meresha has performed solo and as a member of bands in both the United States and Europe.
