Inspired by the many musical art forms such as Classical, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Gospel, Rhythm and Blues, and even country, Advocate expresses in his music both the familiar and the sacred. A true lover of music and lyrics, he's been writing poetry and songs since the awkward age of 12 where like most young MC's, a love for Hip Hop was cultivated early in childhood.

Now a prolific songwriter, Advocate has penned and recorded over 100 multifaceted, and multi genre songs and continues to release one song per week.

Driven by the pain that is witnessed in the current pop culture of hopelessness and conformity, Advocate creates life affirming music that breathes energy and life into listeners worldwide in a time when so many are speaking death.
