Cleveland Artist Tamar Lavelle has been working persistently on his introduction to the main stage as he releases another EP “Sink or Swin” in 2023, his third this year. Consistency displaying his versatility with smooth melodies in songs like “Good Intentions” and hard rap with the intro “ Hi’s n Lo’s”. The young 23 year old talent out of Cleveland has continued to impress me with each song being in my opinion better than the last.
