Talk About the foods we cook and how our bodies process those foods.
Is your food causing you to stay energized or causing fatigue. Our ancestors ate some of the same foods and even cooked with lard, but the different is they were always moving doing something. They walked to many of the places they were going and started their days early and was moving until bed time.
We drive to our jobs and sit for 8 hours, come home and eat processed foods in front of the T.V.; soak in our favorite bubbles and then off to bed....(see the different)
