Phenomenally You - "Don’t Drive in the Bike Lane When You Know Better"

Between Saturday and today I have had more than two people ask me to send them the link for this specific broadcast I am uploading this evening. When I received a text from a friend asking me about this particular broadcast this morning, I knew it was a sign. A sign that I am listening to. I actually swapped out my live broadcast this evening for this upload, which I was going to play next week. This particular upload is from over a year ago; however it is about something that is relevant today; especially since we have been forced to stay at home.

This evenings broadcast is called "Don't Drive in the Bike Lane When you Know Better".  I am talking about why we do things we know are not beneficial to us. Why is it so hard to just do what we need to do in order to live lives that are balanced physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally? I feel like I have been really faced with this challenge since we have been dealing with quarantining and self-distancing. I have been forced to really look in the mirror. Some things I am seeing I love. Other things are not so great. I know exactly what I need to do to make some changes, but sometimes it just seems way to hard to do.
