Our guest, Barbara Sommer Feigin, has led a truly remarkable life. Plus, she is one of our own—a proud and feisty woman of a certain age. Her early years, however, were different than most of us older Americans who grew up in the U.S. during the mid-century.

In fact, Barbara evolved from a young refugee (coming to this country as a toddler whose parents lived through the horrors of Nazi Germany), to become an uber successful woman in advertising. Moreover, she achieved this rise when successes for women in business were far from the norm. And she accomplished all of that while rearing three young boys and tending to her husband who had suffered two serious strokes as a young man. Hers is a true story of love and determination that is sure to inspire you and Barbara joins us to share all about it.

So, if you enjoy a riveting story about a woman overcoming great challenges to live a life of purpose and meaning, you’ll want to make sure you catch this show!
