My name is Ron O'Nill. I was born in Chicago, IL and has made Minnesota my home. I consider myself an Artist in music because I set myself apart from how music is today and i focus on the message the instrumental gives to me. This is why it seems I put my heart into my music. The name Ron O'Nill, comes from the movie Super fly, the character was a hustler. Which is also my focal point in my music, the streets, the trails and tribulations involving the streets. Ron is a nickname is was given as a kid, short for my actual name Derron (der-ron). O'nill is also a spin off spelling to represent Illinois where i was born and raised, and mixed with the style of my music  I consider, "On ill mode". Put it all together you get Ron O'Nill short for Ron on ill mode. Something slick but meaningful.
