What causes flow is different for each of us – you might experience flow while cooking, writing a poem or sewing. You can flow at work, home or outdoors. What is important is that you are completely absorbed in the activity. In Flow you are truly experiencing the true power of NOW – you will be unaware of any other thoughts, or even emotion, but you will be experiencing a deep sense of joy and ‘oneness’. If you are regularly able to experience flow in your life you are likely to report that you have high levels of contentment and fulfillment in your life.
