The Union of Opposites: Yin and Yang

Everything is Black....and....White. When you view a situation from a place of prejudice or rigidity, you are only look at it one sided. When we practice seeing the beauty in diversity and accept the validity of other opinions our lives become more balanced. When wee don't push against the flow of life....we begin to realize acceptance is the key. Today we will see if we can learn to ask for guidance in leading us away from the attitudes that bind us to division and separateness.
