During this one-hour training you will learn:

  1. Messes are part of life; we'll never be free from them.
  1. Each hardship prepares us for the next one.
  1. We need our enemies. (They tell us the truth in ways our friends won't.)
  1. Struggles help us discern our passion. If we have no passion, we'll give up.
  1. Don't refer to lack of achievement as failures; consider them tiny steps toward success. That keeps us trying.
  1. We're not ready for the new until we release the old. (We can't hold on and let go at the same time.)
  1. If we want to live a life with no regrets at the end, we have to take chances now.
  1. Whatever needs aren't met in childhood, we spend our lives seeking (usually unconsciously).
  1. One major reason for anger is that we don't get what we expect.
  1.  And more!
