Marco Foelske a Dynamic and seasoned Hotel Executive leader who managed hotel properties including large, multi unit Food & Beverage operations. I have an unbroken track record of successful leading business development in increasing occupancy, ADR, covers, guest satisfaction scores and revenue streams. 

Marco started his journey :at the Hotel Management School Heidelberg, Germany Degree Name Diploma of Business Administration - equivalent to a U.S. (MBA) Masters of Business Administration Field Of Study Accounting and Finance 1992-1994.

For five years, I was a guest professor and lector at the prestigious University of Economics in Poznan, Poland. My success rate exceeded 98% in total over 300 students passing the final exam of the Master in Business Administration program. This MBA course and final 5th year of their studies was to prepare and bring Future Leaders in the Management community of the Hospitality industry. Many former Students accepted Management positions outside Poland.

Throughout the past twenty years, I have held several public speeches on subjects as Environmental issues, Executive Management, Leadership skills, Sales & Marketing strategies and about optimization of under-performing hospitality operations. The largest audience counted over 2000 listeners.
