Happy Monday, Alchemist!
Today you will meet a phenomenal performer who uses meditation, journaling, mindful movement, and the power of mantra to face and heal her childhood wounds. Interestingly, you’ll also learn how her wounding supported some aspects of what motivated her path forward.
For the past ten years, Sherisse Bisram has followed her passion as a professional dancer: travelling the world, performing on stage, corporate events and in music videos. Her most recent and biggest credit to date is her role as a dancer in the latest Marvel film, Eternals, and the Queens Jubilee Celebrations on ITV.
Parallel to performing, Sherisse has had the pleasure of passing on her passion and experiences through teaching for various companies and institutions such as schools, colleges and community groups.
Sherisse works with a women's charity, AWA Dance (advancing women's aspirations with dance), as their Dance and Leadership Facilitator. She is also a part of DCD (Dancers Career Development) EDI working group, assisting in creating meaningful and needed change.
