Thuy (Twee) Lowe, As a child, Thuy along with her family was airlifted out of South Vietnam and onto the USS Midway on April 29th, 1975; it was in one of the last helicopters to leave the roof of a diplomatic compound. Her family escaped the brutal Communist forces that have dominated Vietnam ever since. They began a new life in Orlando with help from a church in Winter Park, which provided them temporary assistance with clothing, housing, employment and food.  http://www.thuyloweforcongress.com/

Dedication: Army Master Sgt. Joshua Wheeler, died October 22, 2015 serving during Operation Inherent Resolve, 39, of Roland, Okla.; died Oct. 22 in Kirkuk province, Iraq, from wounds caused by enemy small-arms fire in a raid on an Islamic State detention center. He was assigned to Headquarters, U.S. Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C
