Southern Sense is conservative talk with Annie "The Radio Chick" Ubelis, as host and "CS" Bennett, co-host.  Informative, fun, irreverent and politically incorrect, you never know where we'll go, but you'll love the journey!  Southern-Sense.com

Lawne Snyder enlisted in the U.S. Army as a medic, he had no idea what was in store for him over the next years. Through training exercises, unit shuffling, deployments and working in the hospital, he began to realize that many of the peopleheI was working with were silently suffering and battling inner demons that only they knew about.  Some were depressed.  Some felt hopeless.  Many had insomnia and feared sleeping because of the nightmares.  Others lived with crippling anxiety, coupled with loneliness and guilt.

He became more than just a medic.  He became their doctor, counselor and a friend.  What happened afterwards gave birth to Koda's Choice, the pairing of battle buddie with rescue dogs.
