Meet Mike Anthony Creator of Love, Dad and Host Natalie Sist

Mike Anthony, is a sometime professional actor, majority time bartender at the Richard Rogers for over ten years. Not only is he one of the greatest (if not THE greatest) bar managers, but he is one of the greatest storytellers ever. You might know him from his gorgeous facebook posts recounting his #LifeAtHamilton.

Mike truly encapsulates the meaning of “built palaces out of paragraphs” He has had experiences with celebrities and recounted them in hilarious prose.  He tells why he refers to Lin-Manuel Miranda as “the cup guy”, and the difficulties of being face to face with the elected officials of our current administration. He has also discussed how lovely and warm the Obamas are and how he met President Obama while going to get ice for the bar!

But after the personal experience of losing his dad completely shifted his understanding of how the universe works, Mike turned to science for answers. Now spending his time investigating and writing about various lines of evidence suggesting we are much more than the bodies we drive around, a portion of Mike's story is featured in the 2021 Netflix series, “Surviving Death.” Mike is also the author of Life At Hamilton, a collection of stories chronicling his time bartending at the Broadway phenomenon, Hamilton: An American Musical
