Fear of Mistakes

How do we let go of our fear of mistakes? How do we value our highest ideals, without letting our fears shut us down? Are we disempowering ourselves when inappropriately deifying AI because of the illusion it will be "more perfect" than us? Anyone watching the Olympics will notice that even the best athletes make mistakes. Is that hindering or helping them? When do we start to give ourselves and one another the grace to be imperfect?
