The music industry and it's ties to the illuminati

Do you believe illuminati has its grip on the music industry? 

Ya’ll know that many artists talk about this apparent super power known as the illuminati. Almost everyone refers to it. I don’t need to mention the obvious hand gestures and imagery used in videos and photo’s.Do you think that there is a hidden agenda in the music industry (not necessarily illuminati) or you think it’s just an idea taken advantage off to make hits?
