Career Victories (1 win) - 2021 IOA Championship presented by Morongo Casino Resort & Spa. 2021 in a Nutshell - 20 events with 12 cuts made. Recorded three top 10 finishes including the IOA Championship win.

Debbie is passionate about golf – how it positively impacts people personally and professionally. Debbie founded Golf for Cause in 2000 to empower businesswomen through golf. She wrote a book entitled Get Your Golf On! and sits on the board of the First Tee of Phoenix and Women in the Golf Industry. She's most proud of her work with LPGA Co-Founder and World Golf Hall of Fame member Marilynn Smith, as confidante and Co-Tournament Director of her annual Pro-Am. Since Marilynn’s passing, she co-founded the Marilynn Smith & Founders’ Legacy Foundation to forward the spirit and legacies of the trailblazing LPGA Founders and Pioneers.
