I started my coaching practice because I wanted to see owners of service businesses thrive. I spent approximately ten years as a service technician, four years as a field service manager and then the rest of my time as an office service manager. All told I have almost thirty-years experience in the service industry and understand clearly the challenges business owners and managers face on a day to day basis.
As a business coach I help pull important insights and solutions from the people I serve through the use of powerful questions. These questions are typically not rehearsed; each one is a dynamic response to the other person’s statements that encourage them to stop and reflect, to dig deep inside for the answers that are just waiting to be found.
