The Indiana Council on Educating Students of Color and the National Coalition on Education Equity invites you to join us as we continue the drum beat of our "Wake Up Everybody" podcast with special guest youth voices to share their experiences.

The conversation will be hosted by Dr. Robert White, distinguished faculty of Alabama State University featuring special guests: Attorney Joe Cohn Legislative and Policy Director for FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education) and Gregory S. Carr Professor and Harris Stowe University and Founding Members of the HBCU Legal Focus Group.

Dr Robert is the son of two college professors and community activists the late Dr Robert o White Sr. And the Present Dr Evelyn White-COLEY; he is a member of the distinguished Faculty of Alabama State University with almost 30 years of experience. He is a lobbyist and has assisted in the founding of several grassroots organizations including the Black Belt Research Collaborative: the Alabama Legal Focus and the HBCU Legal focus. He is also a member and past member of many other organizations.He has published 5 books and is finishing 3 more. He has served a labor union leader and is the former director of elections for the state of of alabama. He pastors Montgomery City of Refuge and has served in a pastoral capacity for almost 20 years. He has been married for 27 years to his wife Nichelle and he has one daughter, Charity, who is currently finishing her 1st year in law school and the North Carolina Central Law School. He is the founder and host of the HBCU Review radio show which is entering into its fifth year of broadcasting.
