Tonight we begin with the wine industry in the State of Texas with our guest - Paul Bonarrigo, owner/winemaker Messina Hof Winery and Resort in Bryan, Texas.  Established in 1983, Messina Hof Winery and Resort has a 200-year history of award winning wines.  The rich wine heritage of winemaker Paul Bonarrigo dates back six generations to Messina, Sicily.
