                  Just What Does “Criminal Justice Reform” Mean?

My participation in community based discussions, debates with other candidates for public office and community forums have brought me to conclude one of two things: 1. Many people are generally misinformed about the purpose of the Criminal Justice System in our society or 2. Others are intentionally misleading the masses for the purpose of political control via manipulation. Because I want to have faith in people in general, for the sake of progress – I choose to believe that good people are simply misinformed.  

Accordingly, in keeping with my campaign principle of Voter Education, I will empower my constituents by offering clarity of the matter.
