All across Davidson County there are varying educational, economic and social needs. The smallest delineation of political boundaries is the Voting Precinct. From it fault lines for determining where and when constituents cast their votes, appropriation of resources and legislative representation are determined. One factor for low voter turnout in elections is the lack of a unified agenda and interest for the collective voters in a given precinct. While the latter does not apply in every case, it is all too common in general.
