Music! It didn't matter. Country, rap, gospel, rock, pop. He just wanted an outlet in life so adopted music as his savior. Total Kontrol aka Torrence Hinton Bka "t.c." is a graduate of the school of hard knocks. Yes life wasn't fair but he played the hand it dealt. Growing up, he was abandoned at age 5 by a crack abusing mom and even more addicted dad. Joyce and Bubba are their names. He is the 5 oldest of 8 kids. He has two sisters and 5 brothers. He embraced his early love for music because of a constant placement in the confines of his room. All because he basically was being punished for being an extra mouth to feed. His uncle adopted him early on to avoid foster care but while his uncle was away preaching, his no blood aunt applied the pressure. Using multiple excuses of his intolerable behavior when in actuality she despised his presence in her home. No affection was shown growing up. Just Bible brainwashing and a strict demand that he sing his notes in tune, because he was a member of a children's choir his aunt directed. He grew up to be a troublesome teen and visited Florida Dept of corrections str8 out of highschool. He's been a menace to society since menace to society. He father's two boys 13 and 3 which he values more than life itself. Both parents died when he was a teenager. He looks back and notices that life put him thru hell but it created the lyrics to the songs u enjoy today.
