KNOW THYSELF (medically). Make Time to LOOK at Your Medical Files 4 YOURSELF!

Time for a Triple H Dilema discussion on the 1st "H" Healthcare!  The fact is we already know Everything has Changed in the 21st Century & the entire Healthcare System is on the forefront.  How we interact with our Drs' via zoom or by duo (oh no, that's changed to meet?) how our medical information is collected, in particular at the visit, it seems to have switched from talking to the patient to typing DATA about the patient into their system, which brings us to the point. As difficult and daunting as it may seem, becoming familiar with "our medical records" through the PORTAL (you know that 'window' you can go thru on the computer that has all YOUR important medical info in one place for YOUR convenience, um...) is becoming a necessity for the benefit of all parties but mostly for YOURself so that you know what they're writing about YOU (& charging you/Ins. for?um..) in their system. YOU might be surprised?! So Git In Where You Fit In & You always Fit into knowing "more" about YOUR healthcare. (period dot)

p.s. not to worry though, right now they are still sending those 3-4 paper E.O.B.s that you can hold in YOUR hand & struggle with figuring it out that way :-) Also ask a family member for a lil' help if needed (it's OK, sometime :-/
