Health Care 101 is"Movement" in my book. (& for clarity movement does not mean a formal workout or even going to the gym, it is literally, simply moving your body regularly, specifically getting up off of all chairs & couches & walking somewhere) However it also includes our "Mental" & Emotional Well being too,
Remember when you were younger and you and your Fr'amily made plans to get together & did exactly that with no problem (except for the 1 or 2 fender benders that had to happen for a lil dramatic effect :-) Well now, it may have changed a bit for us Boomers as our Fr'amily may have dwindled & the plans may have become a bit more cumbersome because of the medical aids often needed for someone, but Summer is the Season of gathering. So Just Do It ! We may have to be more intentional about how, when & where we "meet up" but we STILL need face-to-face time it is defintiely a BIG part of our mental healthcare.
