SDG 175 How to Cleanse Your Mind

Psalm 119:9-16

So how do we keep our minds clean?

Well men have searched far and wide in caves and deserts, to remote islands and on mountain tops. They've sat, knelt, stood, and have even pierced themselves and swung from ropes enduring all kinds of self-inflicted punishment trying to get pure and with no results!

Now The Lord Jesus Christ would never have said to the woman guilty of multiple adulteries that her sins were forgiven now go and sin no more if He didn't provide a way to escape the clutches of her continual and habitual sin.

Then how about when Jesus said, "whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart."

Well praise God because there's a way to a clean mind and a pure life and it's found in Psalm 119.

So let's see how God's Word teaches us to do what Jesus says that we must do as we go and habitually and continually sin no more.
