Romans 6

Today we'll look at God’s amazing grace and how to turn His grace into victory in our daily lives.

Now, over the past several weeks we've seen the light and learned the truth that we are saved by grace and grace alone.

In other words NOTHING that we do can "earn" our salvation, God doesn't require us to do anything and that's because Jesus did it all!

But although we ARE saved by the sheer grace of God and salvation IS a gift and its roots are not found in the merit of man but rather in the mercy of God, it still DOES make a difference how we live!!!

In Romans 6:1 Paul asks, "What shall we say, then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?”

Then Paul says, “God forbid!”

In other words, any Christian who’s saved by grace yet continues to live a life of sin is a disgrace to grace.

So we are saved by the grace of God, but after we’re saved by the grace of God, we must learn to live in victory.
