SDG 308 Jesus Returns the First Time as a Thief In The Night

1 Thessalonians 5:1-11

As we dive into part 4 of our 6 part series on the End Times its crucial to understand that we are living between two mountain peaks.

The slopes of Mount Calvary and the sun-lit peaks of the glory of Mount Zion.  We are living in the church age that rests between the crucifixion and the coronation of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. 

In this message we'll look at The Holy Scriptures to see that we need to be ready when the trumpet sounds.  We do not want to caught unprepared like those five foolish virgins of Matthew 25.

Think about this folks: When we are robbed by a thief, it happens when we least expect it, and that's EXACTLY how the second coming of our LORD Jesus Christ is also described.  But we need not be caught off guard when He returns.

The purpose of this message is to prepare us for the second coming of our LORD Jesus Christ, our Bridegroom!  We could call it a Rapture Readiness message!  So be sure to tune in!
