Voices of War~ Irma Alred - FINALLY FREE AFTER 21 YEARS!

Voices Of the cannabis War are excited to dedicate this whole show to one of our women heroes, Irma Alred!  Irma was released last week after 21 years of incarceration for cannabis!  Please join us, this show is to welcome her back into our movement, and celebrate her release!  She will be talking about her life before, during and after prison!  Find out how times have changed in 21 years, and how she survived behind bars.  Irma's voice is amazing, strong and the sacrafices she made for our plant are unimaginable.  Through her story, we can help the rest of the prisoners she left behind.  You don't want to miss this incredible interview with this wonderful lady!

Over 50 people are serving life sentences and have been in since the 80's. Through a series of shows, you will hear from their family members and the prisoners themselves. This show is an effort to remind the world of their sacrifices.  Voices of Cannabis War is hosted by Eugene Fischer (who spent 25 years of a life sentence in federal custody for our plant) and Kristin Flor (who's father died shackled to a bed because our plant is federally illegal).  It is presented to you by volunteers, Becca Nichols, Mindi Griffiths, Kristin Flor and Eugene Fischer.
