Tianna Hill, a native of Birmingham, AL is currently Director of Compliance at University of Texas at San Antonio and will transition to Assistant Director of Compliance at The Ohio State University in late September 2022. She is responsible for education and enforcement of NCAA, CUSA and UTSA rules and regulations for student-athletes, coaches, staff members, and donors.

Prior to UTSA, she was Compliance Coordinator at Valparaiso University. She also served as Assistant Director of Compliance for Initial Eligibility at Houston Baptist University and worked as the Compliance Assistant at Rice University.

Tianna earned an associate’s degree from Lawson State Community College, a bachelor’s degree from University of Montevallo, and a master’s degree from the University of Alabama.
