What is the reason behind bullying? According to her research, teen girls have the misguided believe that bullying will cause them to climb the social ladder. But the fact is that in the eyes of their peers, the opposite occur.

Every young person desires to be wanted. But, this yearning for attention, affirmation, and approval, can lead our youth down paths that are destructive. This escalating trend will only reverse as teens see that their thinking is misguided; aggression is not the answer. What teens need to know is that the best way to feel important is to tap into a stable source for her very real needs for approval.
