This is an opportunity to truly start again. How do you behave when you start over or start anew? Have you ever moved to a new place, gotten a whole new job or new relationship? Yes, you all have. 

You have a new structure and routine that helps you to focus more. You are working on adjusting and making a new normal or find comfort in. You also, might have let go of many things. Things that might have been comfortable and habitual but not necessarily the best for your evolution. Evolution, what do we mean by this? The direction your soul is calling you to and has been for a long time. Your soul will always and in all ways want you to expand, evolve, overcome and rise-up. Yet, it does require excellent listening within skills. 

So, how are you going to make love to yourself? Your pain, your suffering, your belief systems that entrap you in limitations. You, without hesitation. Without fear. Without wrongdoing. With love, acceptance, forgiveness and willingness embrace the all of everything. From there, you create a new and better version of yourself. You can do this in each moment or in each day. It matters not, it only matters that you do it.
