Christyna Giles Washington Bus. Development/Financial Transformation Strategist

Christyna is a Speaker, Business Development and Financial Transformation Strategist. She prides herself on speaking the language of finance and the impacts of financial strength through entrepreneurship and diversity.

 She started her career in Human Resources developing her keen insight to what happens when we wonder off the path of financial security and the true impact it can have on families for generations.  Her experience was amplified when she became part of the “sandwich generation” (caring for a parent while having a family) with the loss of her Mother, three months after the birth of her and her husband’s first child, she gained firsthand knowledge of the phases of financial life people experience. In an effort to better understand her current situation, (an inheritance from her mother, only 2 years married and a 3 month old) and help others she went into the Financial Services industry, which provided a natural pathway and further strengthened her relationship building and business development skills.

Today Christyna has conversations with business owners and individuals alike, and finds that having a conversation with her can be the spark that makes clients dreams a reality, can help them gain access to new markets, scale a business model and make a better investment into themselves.  Conversations with Christyna is where Christyna shares tips from a practical financial perspective as well as provides insight from experts and thought leaders on many topics to help people achieve.  She is a contributor to the magazine called Diversity Professional and speaks throughout the World.

Christyna’s give back has been by serving as a board member on a national non-profit, Grades of Green for the past 5 years, (which teaches school aged children about recycling)  has now launched her own non-profit in honor of her mother to attack the homeless problem in Los Angeles.
