Special guest today my good friend and brother Ulises Ramos. Ulises started training at 8 years old with a BS instructor. In his words:
"Started training at 8 years old with a BS instructor. I pretty much went to do excercise. Met my instructor Lamar Thornton when I was 11 years old at a community center in my neighborhood and achieved my 2nd degree black belt in Kushinda Ryu at -age 17. Years later I met Allen Woodman and decided to test for my third degree with him in shotokan karate. During my training I achieved a lot of personal goals such as winning a world title in the martial arts world games in 2010 and winning multiple grand championships along in different tournaments. There's always a goal in mind, no matter how good you get there's someone trying harder in anything you do; that's where my mind is at."
Tune in on Saturday June 22nd at 5pm EST to listen in and give you opinion with your host Shodan Samanta Mo-Hayasa Namsaran. The number to call in is 646-716-6825.
