GM Darrell Sarjeant and Hanshi Daniel Vena welcome psychologist David Smith. 

David Smith is a native of Dallas, Texas and has lived in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma since 2000. Since 2011, David has been involved in working with individuals with mental and physical disabilities. David received his Bachelor of Science at Langston University and also completed his Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling at Langston University.
