Damascene Pierre Paul, born in Port-Au-Prince Haiti and raised in Philadelphia, PA from the age of 2, started his career in 1990 studying film and acting, at Henry Street Art of Living Center and Frank Silvera's workshop and working on different projects from Spike Lee's 40 acres and a mule on such films as Jungle Fever and Mo' Betta Blues. Damascene also worked on New Jack City. He also had a cameo role in Bill Dukes film Cover in 2007. Some of the most memorable highlights of Miss LaBelle's career Damascene was responsible for along with an array of albums. Damascene managed and arranged her clothing line with HSN in the USA & Germany, her in the play Chicago a the Pantageous Theatre in Hollywood and producing the 45th year anniversary at the Atlantis Casino in the Bahamas that aired on UPN. He had creative support of her books "Light Cuisine" and "Patti's Pearls". The albums Damascene produced include "When a Women Loves" (2000), "Timeless Journey" (2004), "Classic Moments" (2005), and "Miss Patti's Christmas" (2007).
