Meet Michael Neely! Current Record A&R for Def Jam Records, but his love for music is way beyond what the eyes could see, and the hearts could feel. In his developing years, his first job was working at McDonalds. But once he turned 18, he put his music interest in full throttle. Three of his great friends introduced his to the industry, credit to James Smart, Kenny Diamond from V103 Atlanta and Saleem. But of course, it’s about who you know and getting your foot in the door.  Starting out as a freelance bodyguard working, with many Atlanta artist trying to get my name out there. Major Artists, such as HeavyD, Sammy SamThe Hit man, Bam Bam, 2LiveCrew. Further in his career, he worked with artists Twista, BizzyBone, Entourage, Public Announcement, Dave Holister, Lil Boosie . LIL Webbie, YoungJuvie Badazz, QuickBadazz, Freeway Rick Ross, American Gangster Frank Lucas,B.B.King , Bushwick Bill just to name a few, before his involvement with def jam in 2016. Aside from the label, he’s also an entrepreneur!   “AidemMediaGroup is a marketing and promotion company, my online magazine called XS10 Magazine as well as a online radio station”. Completely self-taught to this day, and continues to grow as his artists grow with him.
