Hal Anthony, reggae artist, song writer of the Millennium band.  Born in the parish of Clarendon, Jamaica and grew up in Kingston.  As a teenager, he was surrounded by a number of great reggae artiste and musicians and during this time developed a burning passion to become, not only a reggae artist but also a musician.  While attending school Hal started his singing career when he joined the vocal group, “Beltones”.  While with the Beltones they had a #1 hit song  “No More Heartaches”.   The group later changed their name to “Fantells” and went on to have another hit song, “Hooligan”.  After leaving the Fantells, Hal spent several years with one of the premier reggae bands in Jamaica, Fab Five.  He credits Fab Five with molding and shaping his musical career.  He was also influenced by some great musical icons like Bob Marley, Dennis Brown, Neil Diamond, Norris Weir and Jimmy Cliff, just to name a few. Music really runs in Hal's blood, he is nephew to Norris Weir of the popular vocal reggae group of the 60’s, “The Jamaicans”; cousin to Jimmy Cliff, reggae artist and actor of the “Harder They Come” fame cousin to keyboard player Selwyn Brown of Steele Pulse band.
