The 31st edition of the New York African Film Festival launches in New York. The prestigious festival will have events throughout NYC, which includes: Film at Lincoln Center (FLC) and African Film Festival, Inc. (AFF) will celebrate the 31st edition of the New York African Film Festival (NYAFF) from May 8 to May 14. The festival continues at Maysles Documentary Center in Harlem from May 17 to 19 and culminates at Brooklyn Academy of Music under the name Film Africa from May 24 to May 30 during Dance Africa. ·Over the course of the month, the New York African Film Festival will present more than 50 films from more than 25 countries.
